We also manage costumed maintenance contracts, depending by the Clients demand as well as by the single power plant needs. The activities are coordinated by the headquarters to organize each operation and be able to guarantee highly urgent activities, with 24 hours availability throughout the whole year. All personnel are continuously being trained in the latest technology and regulations and it holds every necessary qualification.

Ossberger Technology
Hydro Power Generation System

Our hydraulic power system is manufactured and supplied by Ossberger company in Germany, technically collaborated with Namyang E&E. Ossberger’s turbine is supplied and operated with high efficiency in some 100 countries around world as well as over 10,000 power generating system. ( in Korea : KEPCO, Sancheong power plant, South-east Incheon purification plant and Samcheonpo hydraulic power plant for the first time in the world)

This product is operated with unmanned system and is almost not necessary for any maintenance cost after installation. ( selling expenses among gross profits is just 0.5% ) So, that gives the biggest advantage to clients paying high maintenance cost every year as well as installation cost at the beginning.

Also, the equipment is possibly installed although flow’s direction is horizontal or vertical way. It can be widely used at the conditions of small flows and low head and very effective operation is possible in the vulnerable place in its flows like droughts or floods.

Self-independence type and grid-connected type are possible so that it can be a smart information for the demands of self-use as well as individual business wanting to connect it into electric grid and to sell the electricity.
Operating Machinery Control
These tests on site take place during regular operation, so as to execute the following activities:

Operation test of all the entire rotating machinery.

Check of lubrication and control levels with possible topping and grease

Setting of a dedicated report with records of significant values, possible causes of arrest and any other observation.
Non-Operating Machinery Control
These tests on site usually take place when machinery is arrested.
This operation purpose is to check the correct operation of the auxiliaries and the plant safeties.
All the maintenance activities to use during machinery arrest will be indicated.

Service on-site
Our personnel are 24h/24h available and are able to prompt operate on power plants.
We provide mechanical, hydraulic and electric maintenance.
